Arjuna!, Your mind being attached to me, depending on me practicing yoga you will know undoubtedly my collective shape in whatever way you like; now listen in the same way.
7.2• gyanam te aham savigyanam
idam vakshyami aseshatah
yat gyatva na in aseshatah
anyat gyatavyam avashishyate

I will let you know this entire knowledge with science, having known which there will remain nothing to know on this subject.
7.3.• manushyanam sahtreshu
kaschita yatati siddhaye
yatatam api siddhanam kaschit
mama veti tafuatah.
`
One out of thousands of men attempts for salvation; of those Yogis, some rare one knows Me in reality.

bhinna prakritih astadha
7.5.• apara iyam itah tu anyam
prakritim uiddhi me param
jivabhutam mahabaho yaya
idam dhavyate jagat

Arjun! Earth, water, fire, air, sky, mind, intellect and the ego - these constitute My eightfold worldly nature. Other than this nature, know My nature in the form of a creature by which the whole universe is sustained.
7.6.• etadhyonini bhutani
sarvani iti upadharayata
aham kritasnasya jagatah
prabhavah pralayah tatha
Know this that all living beings are born out of this. I am the beginning of the world as well as the end.
Arjuna! Understand that all creations are the product of both these natures and I am the beginning and end of the entire Universe.
7.7• mattah parataram na anyat
kinchit asti dhananjaya
mayi sarvam idam protam
sufre maniganah eva

Arjun! There is no reason and cause except Me, like clusters of yarn-beads formed by knots on a thread, similarly this whole Universe is all-around Me.
8-12 Presence of God in all objects as cause of action
7.8.• rasah aham apsu kunteya
prabha asmi sashi suryayoh
pranavah saruavedeshu shabdah
phe paurasham nrishuh

Arjuna! I am the taste in water and the aura of the moon and the sun; I am the syllable AUM in the Vedas, sound in sky, and manliness in human being.
7.9.• punah gandhah prithivyam cha
tejah cha asmi vibhavasau
jivanam sarvabhuteshu tapah
cha asmi tapasvishu

I am pure smell of the earth and heat in the fire; I am life in all creatures and discipline in ascetics.
7.10.• bijam manna sarvabhutanam
viddhi parth sanatanam

kamah asmi bharatarshabhah

Arjuna! I am the might free from passion and attachment of the mighty and in all creatures I am the sex ( not opposed to religion).
7.12• ye cha eva satvikah bhavah
rajasah tamasah cha ye
mattach eva iti tani viddhi
na tu aham teshu te maxi.

Understand that all the Triguna ( Satvik, Rajsi and Tamsi) are due to me. But I am not in them and they are not in me.
13-19 Consequences of being devotees and non devotees of God.
7.13• tribhih gunamaih bhavaih
abhih sarvam idam jagat
mohitam na abhijanati
mama aibhyah param avyayam

The attachment with qualities of all the three properties ( Satva,Rajas and Tamas) prevents a creature to identify My imperishable existence.

7.14• daivi hi eisha gunamayi
mama maya duratyaya
mama eva ye prapadhante
mayam etam tarantite

For this qualitative illusion of Mine consisting of the properties (three Gunas) is extremely difficult to pass over; those, however, who take refuge in Me alone can cross it.
7.15• ha mama dushkritinah
mudhah prapadhante naradhamah
mayaya uphritagyanah asuram
bhavam ashritah

Those who have lost their wisdom by Maya( i.e. lust for worldly wealth), and who have embraced the demoniac senses, such fools and wretched men of evil deeds do not take refuge in Me.
7.16• chaturvidhah bhajante mama
janah skritinah arjuna
artah jigyasuh artharthi
gyani cha charatarshabh

Arjun! Four types of virtuous persons take refuge in Me, they are persons doing pious jobs and seek just worldly objects, the sufferer, the seeker for knowledge and the man of wisdom.
7.17• tesham gyani nitayuktah
ekabhaktih vishishyate
priyah hi gyaninah atyartham
aham sah cha mama priyah

Of these four the best is the person of wisdom who constantly worships Me with exclusive devotion. Because I am extremely dear to the wise man and he is extremely dear to Me.
7.18• udarah sarve eva etc gyani
tu atma eva me matam
asthitah sah hiyuktatma
mama eva anuttamama gatim

All aforesaid four are very noble, but the man of wisdom in my opinion is verily My own self; Because he is not separate from me and there is no superior state then this one. In this way is firmly established in me.
7.19• bahunam janmanam ante
gyanavan mama prapaddhate
vasudevah sarvam iti
sah mdhatma sudurlabhah

After so many births birth as human is last as such in this birth every thing is Almighty God. Thus a wise man who embraces Me that great soul is rarely available.
20-23 Other Messengers of God and devotion to them 7.20• kamaih taih-taij hritagyanah
prapadhyante anyaderatah
tam tam riyamam asthaya

7.21• yah yah yam yam tanum
bhaktah shradhya architum ichhati
tasya tasya achalam shraddham
tam eva viddhami aham

A devotee faithfully willing to worship any Messenger of God, I stabilize his faith in that very Messenger.

tastya aradhanam ihate
labhate cha tatah kaman
movya eva vihitan hi tan

Endowed with such stable faith he worships that deity with fruits of desire and his desires are fulfilled, but that fulfillment of desire is also prescribed by Me.
7.23• antavat tu phalam tesham
tat bhavati alpamedhasam
devan devayajah yanti
madbhaktah yanti mama api.

But the fruit thus obtained through worship of these deities by these people of meager intelligence, however, is perishable. The worshippers of these deities attain these deities; whereas My devotees attain Me only.
24-30 Collective Shape of God, Knowledge and ignorance
7.24• avyaktam uyaktim apannam
manyante mama abuddhayah
puram bhavam ajanantah
mama avyayam arutlamam

Unwise person without knowing my absolute imperishable and perfect senses think of Me as if I maintain physical body like human being.
7.25• na aham prakashah sarvaya
yogamayasamavritah
mudhoayam na abhijanati
lokaha mama ajam avyayam
Such type and unwise class of human community do not recognize me correctly as imperishable and perpetual. therefore I do no reveal myself being fully covered by the Yogmaya.
7.26• veda aham samatitahi
vartamanani cha arjuna
bhavishyani cha bhutani
mama tu veda na kanchan
Arjuna! I know all creatures who existed in past and are in present as well as those that are yet to come yet; but none of them except a devotee knows Me.

jananam punyakarmanam
te dvandua mohnirmukta
bhajante mama dhridhavratah

But whose sins have come to an end by their virtuous deeds, being freed from conflict and attachments, worship Me with a firmly.
7.29• jaramarum mokshaya mama
ashritya yatanti ye te
brahma tat viduh kritsanam
adhyatmam karma cha akhilam

Whoever, having taken refuge in Me, strive for salvation and exoneration from old age know that Brahma, perfect Adhyatma (the totality of Jivas or embodied souls) and the entire field of karma (action).
7.30• sadhibutadhidaitam mama
sadhiyagyam cha ye viduh
prayankale api cha mama
te vidah yuktachetasah

Whoever knows Me with My integral beings, comprising Adhibhuta (the field of matter), Adhidaiva (Brahma) and Adhiyagya (the Divinity dwelling in the heart of all beings as their witness), such persons who have possessed of a steadfast mind know Me only even at the hour of death and attains Me.

The Seventh Chapter of the Science of Bramha and the scripture of yoga in the glorious Upnishad of Shree Mad Bhagvat Gita titled as "The Yoga of Jnana (Knowledge of Nirguna Brahma) and Vijnana (Knowledge of Manifest Divinity)- - A dialogue between Shri Krishna and Arjuna finishes here.
